Ioakeim, Metropolitan of Korytsa († 1807)

Metropolitan Ioakeim of Korytsa served for many years as an accountant in Constantinople for Athoniada Academy at Vatopaidi. Having retired from his episcopal duties at the end of the eighteen century, he took up the monastic life initially at the Monastery of Simonos Petras and then at Vatopaidi Monastery, where he died in 1807.
