Iakovos, former Patriarch of Constantinople († 1690)

Iakovos was elected Ecumenical Patriarch for the years 1679–1682, 1685–1686 and 1687–1688. In 1680 he was made Abbot of the Monastery of Myra in Moldavia and was enrolled into the Vatopaidi Brotherhood. At the same time, he was designated exarch of the Vatopaidi metochia in what today is Romania, succeeding Grigorios of Laodicea. He reposed in Moldavia in 1690.
