Many of the Monastery's members – including scholars and ascetics, patriarchs and simple monks – have been canonized as saints. However, all who served in the Monastery at some period of their life, along with all whose holy relics are safeguarded in the Monastery, are evidence of the presence of the Holy Spirit in the life of man. Divine Grace sometimes appears as a sweet essence, and other times as a fiery word. But it always separates the wheat from the chaff.
