The repeated catastrophes and renovations over time had created a complex of structures which from a distance resembled a castle high up on a wave-beaten cliff. With the completion of the renovations in the last few years, a complex of structures has emerged which not only bear witness to the history of the ages, but is also ready to confront the coming decades.
